• Interim IT Manager

  Laurence was Interim Head of IT at Chesham Building Society where he ran IT operations and managed a project that outsourced all of their IT systems to Skipton Building Society.

• Chief Executive

  In 1985 Laurence founded the well-known internet banking supplier Intelligent Environments and he floated the company on the AIM market in 1996. The company is now listed as Parseq PLC.

• Mergers and Acquisitions

  Laurence also works as an M&A advisor for The Catalyst Group and in 2008 sold a Scottish defence systems manufacturer to Curtiss-Wright.

• Management Consultant

  Projects include advising a company selling location-based data, a document output management company and an internet security company.

• Non-exec Director

  In 2002 Laurence was Chairman of Fluency Voice Technology, which successfully deployed systems to Barclaycard and National Express.

• Project Management

  Laurence managed projects at Chesham Building Society, the central Bank of Sweden, Christies, the Mirror Group and VMF Stork.
