All aspects are visible to the client, right down to the automatic recording of random call centre calls and the inclusion of the client's supervisor in any complex call. The supervisor can take over the screen if necessary.
The intelligent website designs also include a 'talk-to-us' button, which immediately connects customers to an operator, with the option again of including clients' supervisors in the conversation.
